What are the franchise fees and royalties?
With an initial franchise fee of $55,000 and a low 6% royalty, Sunbrook Academy offers exceptionally competitive franchise fees - so you have as much opportunity as possible to maximize your success. In addition, the Royalty is waived for the first three months following the opening of your academy.
What kind of experience do I need?
Although previous business ownership experience is helpful, if you have the willingness to learn and excel, you can achieve great personal and professional success with Sunbrook Academy.
What is the term of the franchise?
Your initial franchise term is 10 years, with unlimited 10-year successor term options.
What kind of initial training will I receive?
In addition to your comprehensive 21-day pre- opening training program, you will also receive a full month of hands-on operational assistance to facilitate the training of personnel and implementation of Sunbrook procedures.
What about on-going training?
To ensure you maintain an edge in the childcare industry, we provide numerous training events, regular franchisee meetings, updates, bulletins and regular on-site support visits.
How much does a typical academy cost and how much money do I need?
Depending on a number of variables, which can have a significant impact on costs – such as the price of land – you should expect a new Sunbrook Academy to cost between $2.2 million and $2.8 million. Because of various development and financing options available from developers, lenders and investors, you should have access to, and be prepared to inject, between $200,000 and $450,000 into your Sunbrook Academy project.
