This means our operations support personnel are responsible to support fewer schools which translates into more one-on-one support for each Sunbrook Academy franchisee. In addition, each Sunbrook Academy franchise location receives a monthly visit from our operations support personnel. The industry norm is one visit per quarter. Finally, we collect and analyze Sunbrook Academy franchise reporting data on a weekly basis. Most other brands collect the same data monthly. By collecting data weekly, we’re able to stay ahead of changing trends and react quickly to dynamic market realities.
